The SDG Coordination & Acceleration Centre (SDGCAC), under the aegis of the Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management (SJHIFM) hosted a high-level consultation workshop focused on strengthening human capital in Haryana on 28th May 2026. Aligned with the state's vision of achieving a trillion-dollar-plus economy by 2047, the event served as a strategic learning bridge between state departments and leading national and global institutions.

The workshop opened with strategic directions from Chief Guest Shri A.K. Singh, IAS (ACS, Higher Education) and Guest of Honour Dr. Raj Nehru (DG, SJHIFM), alongside valuable ecosystem insights from Shri Rajesh Gogal, Mission Director of the Haryana Skill Development Mission (HSDM). Building on these state perspectives, knowledge-sharing sessions brought in global and national expertise from the Wadhwani Foundation, AIIB, UNDP-SDGCC Tamil Nadu, IBM SkillsBuild, and the Bharti Airtel Foundation. Discussions centred around high-impact, scalable models in AI-enabled learning, systemic education reforms, localized livelihood initiatives, and tech-driven classroom infrastructure.
