This user manual documents HariNidhi (Haryana Asset Resource Integration for New Infrastructure Development and to Harness Investments), a centralised digital platform ideated by SDGCAC to operationalize the Asset Monetization Framework across all districts of Haryana. The portal provides an end-to-end paperless ecosystem for identification, registration, valuation, approval, listing, and revenue realisation of idle and underutilised government assets.
