This workshop report documents a six-session capacity building exercise conducted by SDGCAC and SJHIFM at Panchkula to prepare 48 Government of Haryana departments for the integration of the Output-Outcome Monitoring Framework into the FY 2026-27 budget cycle. he workshops centred on the Results Chain Framework (Inputs → Activities → Outputs → Outcomes → Impact) and trained over 100 senior nodal officers to differentiate between output and outcome indicators using SMART criteria. A distinctive feature was the deployment of a custom-built interactive AI-based tool — the Results Chain Training App — which gamified concept learning through scenarios tailored to Haryana's administrative landscape.
