This review document offers a critical evaluation of the progress Haryana has made halfway toward its 2030 sustainable development targets. It identifies specific sectors where the state is excelling and pinpoints areas requiring urgent course correction or additional funding. Data-driven insights are used to compare initial baseline projections against actual ground-level outcomes achieved so far. The review also incorporates feedback from various implementing agencies to refine ongoing strategies.
