This preliminary report attempts to quantify and rank the quality of administrative governance across all districts in Haryana for the year 2023. It utilizes a matrix of indicators covering public service delivery, grievance redressal, transparency, and administrative efficiency. While provisional, it provides immediate feedback regarding their administrative performance, encouraging rapid improvements.
