A Knowledge Seminar on Circular Economy was convened on the theme Skilling Haryana for a Circular Economy: Linking Education with Industrial Clusters. The seminar brought together experts from across the development, industry, and international cooperation ecosystem, including Ms Swati Singh Sambyal (Principal Expert, GRID-Arendal), Mr Manoj Yadav (Founding Partner, NaturePivot), and Mr Jai Kumar Gaurav (Senior Advisor, GIZ India). The discussion centred on four key themes: circular economy and green skills; industry skill requirements for emerging circular sectors; integrating circular economy principles into education and skilling; and strengthening industry–academia–government collaboration. Together, these deliberations aimed to advance a shared understanding of how Haryana can align its education and skilling systems with the needs of a transitioning, resource-efficient economy.
